Services
As someone you love begins to need more support,
it can be hard to know what to do next.
Together, we’ll determine the level of care you want to offer, what you’re able to provide, and what support is essential.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone — I’m here to support you in helping your loved one age into the life they want to live. We'll begin the conversations to get wishes out on the table and to get everyone on the same page.
-
Organization Coaching
I’ll help you organize the essential information your family needs: gathering important documents, clarifying what you already have, and identifying what still needs attention. Together, we’ll create simple, accessible systems so everyone knows where to find what they need, whenever they need it.
-
Customized Checklists
We’ll plan step-by-step, building clear, personalized checklists that outline what to do first, what can wait, and how to move forward with confidence. These checklists give you direction, help you prioritize what matters most, and support your short, medium, and long-term goals.
-
Resource Concierge
When you need support beyond my expertise, I’ll connect you with trusted elder-law professionals, care specialists, and community resources. Think of it as having a knowledgeable partner who helps you find the right people at the right time, so you never feel lost in the process.
-
Accountability Check-Ins
Whether monthly or bi-monthly, our check-ins help you stay grounded and supported. You’ll have a steady partner to celebrate progress, navigate challenges, and keep things moving forward without the pressure of doing it all alone.
